At Cape Impact, we put together an "Environmental Plan" for every construction site. This plan takes into account all the environment factors and produces strategies for undertaking the construction works in the most environmentally beneficial way. We put great emphasis on reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions generally associated with building systems. With regards to resource efficiency, we aim to reduce wastage through bulk ordering and well timed material deliveries. We are also able to re-use waste materials where possible.

We take into consideration sustainable consumption and natural resource protection when we are able to procure materials from local sources if possible, and use recycled aggregates and timber from sustainable sources.
