Sites are selected close to urban area infrastructures and every intention is made to preserve habitat and natural resources. Restoration and protection of habitats are done by means of landscaping and by maximizing the use of open spaces. Pollution reduction through construction activities involve controlling soil erosion, stormwater runoff, water wastage and airborne dust, and protecting topsoil.

Green Bricks and Retaining Blocks:

Recycled materials are used in the manufacturing of the bricks. The raw materials are locally manufactured in this energy efficient masonry product. The product has good thermal insulation properties and when used in cavity walls, ensure that the building stays warm in winter, and cool in summer, thereby lessening the need for artificial climate control.

 

 

 

Rubble is used as fill and we have on-site preparation of concrete bricks sourced from building rubble on demolition sites. We also provide an on-site dedicated area with recycle bins for glass, paper, and plastic.
